Leap Facility Services LLC didn't start with a big investor pitch or a corporate playbook. It started with a mower, a work ethic, and a simple belief: if you do the job right and treat people with respect, the rest takes care of itself.


Founded in Pflugerville, TX in 2024 by Abner Villeda-Castellanos, we began as a straightforward lawn mowing service for local homeowners. The work was good. Clients asked for more. Abner said yes — and kept saying yes as the company grew into a full-service facility solutions provider.


Today, Leap Facility Services LLC offers over 18 services and has completed more than 300 projects across the Greater Austin metro. What hasn't changed is the mindset that started it all: show up, do excellent work, and stand behind every job.
